Always looking fo a Good Roaster

I will try and make this review short :-) . When I travel around socal for work I always try and find a local roaster. There are not a lot that actually roast on the premises, they contract out to a big wholesale roaster. I found Moonlight Coffee while looking for a roaster in the north San Fernando Valley. I order 3 different coffees on their website and picked them up that day. What a great find. The first thing I look for is the consistency in the size of the beans, all three of roasts I picked up were all very consistent. The next thing I look for is a nice bloom when I make my pour over. They all passed this test with flying colors. And the next and most important is the taste. They were all very tasty. Even the 50/50 blend which is a medium and dark roast blend was very nice. Im not a fan of over roasted coffee, the 50/50 blend was perfect.
Oh and the last thing, great pricing. Pick some up and enjoy!
